These 2 articles, Tale in Time, and An Artist's Life,  appear in this month's Mountain Living magazine in the Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ. As I have mentioned before, my painting, the Mystery of Johnny Elden, was commissioned by John Westerlund, historian and author. His research on the Legend of Johnny Elden is described in this issue of Mountain Living. (He is also presenting his research in many presentations around the State with the next one at the Pioneer Museum, September 8, 2017 in Flagstaff.) I'm delighted to also be the featured artist in the same issue! Editor Nancy Wiechec interviewed me in my studio for An Artist's Life and describes some of my art journey as I approached this painting project, the Mystery of Johnny Elden.
